Healthy Food Programme
Designed to detox with a boost of nutrition to restore energy. Following a consultation our experts will recommend either the Detox Menu or Nourishing Health Menu.
The Detox menu activates the purification process, to strengthen the immune system, enrich the gut flora, lower inflammation, boost the cleansing process and increase energy.
The Nourishing Healthy menu is a first approach to the purification process but in a more gentle way, keeping some animal sources in the meals such as organic eggs, high quality and very digestible cheeses, Mediterranean fish.
